Ellen James Gadinis -
I think that it is time to discuss the women who is Adam James' mother. I do not say biological for a couple of reasons. One - if you were to look at Ellen James Gadinis and Marc James, you would seriously doubt that these two petite people could create such a bohemoth of a person. Adam looks as if he swallowed both of them whole. Secondly, Adam is part Asian. Now, he won't admit to it however when we had the paternity test done it came back that Adam was 99.9999% their father, that is rather unusual for the test to come back that positive. So, I was curious as to what marker in Adam's dna made it so positive a match.... Now, of course Ellen could have had an affair with someone else to create Adam. However, once again we need to look at Ellen.
Ellen James Gadinish is one of the most uptight and repressed women that you will ever meet. She wears her hair in this June Cleaver hair cut and dresses the part as well. She is so uptight that anything surprising throws her for such a loop, it's fun to watch. Just the other day I ran into her at Quail Run and she scampered off to her room because she couldn't handle it. It's so much fun to watch. All I did was attempt to be nice and polite - after all she is the "grandmother" of my children. She is also the women who brought the girls to her school and attempted to use her relationship with people in the school to keep me out. She then attempted to have the girls called by "James" - their illegitimacy shames her.
When Adam first told me about his mother, he said that after his father walked out on her she became really big into the women's liberation movement, what a joke! The one thing I do believe that he told me is that his mother was so angry over Marc James' decision to end the marriage, she became embittered and hateful towards all men. He said that is why he had trouble relating to women because of her hatred for him.That I believe, look at Adam and his behavior. Look at how he gravitated toward older women. I mean, it's not like Gina looks like Demi Moore... only if Demi gained 150 lbs and suddenly looked 20 years older than she does now.
The very first words that Ellen James Gadinis ever said to me were, "What do you want from us, we don't have any money." Let me set up the scene for you. Adam was attempting to get into the FBI and they had just warned him that they were going to tell his mother and sister about the fact that he was a father, this was fall of 2004 and he still had not informed his mother. Mind you, he neglected to tell his mother in time that she could participheate in their first birthday. So, Adam calls Ellen up one night and says, "by the way, I have twin daughters." She went ballistic!! After she calmed down, she insisted on seeing me prior to meeting her grandchildren!! What a cold heartless woman she is. We met at the Chili's on Priest and Elliot... this is where she made the statement to me. I guess I passed inspection because she decided to meet the babies.
I also think that it is a good idea to look at her personality. I can see that she did raise Adam, because all of his less desirable characteristics came from Ellen. Adam can never accept responsiblity for his actions. Everything is someone else's fault. Ellen is the same way. One day I was talking with the girls about different words they know from other languages. They said that they know Greek because they know the words "Nonnie" and "Papou." I told them that "Nonnie" was french, not greek. They mentioned it to Ellen one afternoon when she was watching them in her classroom after school. She decided to look it up on the computer in her classroom. When she realized I was right, instead of taking the high road and saying something like, wow I learned something new, she blamed it on chuck, her husband. That is the behavior of a person who lacks integrity. It was a little thing....

Kathleen Miholich -
Kathleen is the parent coordinator assigned to the case. She has been on it for a year and has yet to accomplish anything positive. Can she be sued for false advertisement? She advertises that she is a reunification expert... reunifying what?
Along with my epiphany about Adam and his mental impairment, I have had an epiphany about Kathleen. I realize that she isn't writing her report because I have not given her enough to recommend severing my parental rights. The meeting with Rkonn Lavit was supposed to accomplish that, however Ronn didn't support her. She is desperately attempting to work with Adam to make me "lose it."
Friday, R told me that Adam is telling her that he is going to sign her up for soccer, games are on Saturdays. I texted Kathleen about this because he can not arrange activities on my time. Kathleen didn't respond the first text, so I texted her again. When she responded I thanked her for responding. She texted back that she always responds when she gets a message. It was a set up for me to text her back calling her a liar. I have ample proof as to the lie that is. Seeing her text, I realized what it was about and didn't respond. I just saved the text for when we go to court. I have other texts that she never responded to. Now, I can use it to impeach her credibility, it's good enough for me.
This is the woman who is responsible for granting me more time with my children. Does anyone see a problem here? Prior to this she kept saying that she was waiting for Drs. Kim Wright and Mary Vucherivich (sp?) to recommend more time. Mary did so in writing and Kim did so in front of me on the Thursday prior to the last night of Channukkah, yet here we are almost 3 months later and Kathleen has still failed to recommend or write anything to Hilliard. Why? There can only be one reason. I am always saying that actions speak louder than words... your lack of action is screaming, Kathleen.
Judy Morse - Adam's Attorney -
Judy Morse took over from Gail Christensen last year. Supposedly Gail moved to Texas, however she was under investigation by the Federal Govt for "mishandling" a client's funds.. other words she was a thief. I have always wondered if Gail is serving out her prison sentence...
anyway, Judy Morse... two years ago she provided a doctored tape in court against me and has refused to turn it over to me. Neither has Hilliard or Brnovich ordered her to. Judy and Susan Brnovich have known each other for quite awhile, belong to some of the same clubs... anyone here see a problem? Anyway, if you want a slime bucket attorney who doesn't care if she breaks the law or not, contact Judy Morse. This email is an example of the crap that I deal with constantly from her.
Unfortunately for Judy, I gave a longer explanation to Kathleen for my refusal. Hey - Judy- you unethical bitch - maybe if your client didn't fabricate evidence and then have you turn it in... also ask him about our last meeting with Kathleen. He promised to pay for all of it and then refused.
**by the way, Adam should have told you that nothing is confidential anymore....

I submitted to Alisa’s attorney Adam’s request that the girls be allowed to attend the family wedding in Boston this coming November. As you can see from Mr. Jones’ response below, Alisa simply said no. As the Parenting Coordinator, I request that you consider Adam’s request, Alisa’s response, and make your recommendation to the Court as to whether the children should be allowed to attend this wedding. In light of Alisa’s clear bad faith in responding to this reasonable request, I also ask that you consider recommending to the Court a reallocation of your fees. Adam cannot and should not have to continue to pay for the PC fees and his legal fees when Alisa is clearly acting unreasonably. She obviously has no intentions of becoming reasonable, changing her behavior, or even acting in the best interests of her children. As you will recall, she recently advised you that even though she believed it was in the children’s best interests to add Adam’s last name to their current last name, she would not agree to change their names, simply because she wanted Adam to have to incur additional legal fees to try to do so.
Please submit a report and recommendation on the issue of the November wedding to the Court so that we will have plenty of time to obtain a court order regarding this issue.

Gina Vandenberg James -
As many of youknow, Gina is the wife/mother of Adam James. Again, I call her the wife/mother because she is 48 years old and a crochety old woman to boot. I believe there is a blog about her and her childish and cruel behavior under "Let's Talk."
Anyway, just when you think Gina can't get any more disgusting or low.... she hits a new low. I am not sure if I have had a chance to let you know just how disgusting Gina is. Let's see, she has an incontinence problem but refuses to change her Depends after she wets herself. She just wipes it dry and keeps wearing the same, stinky diaper. Now, that is disgusting, but basically besides having to smell her (don't get to close!)it does not affect anyone else. Well, here is a list of why this woman is a disgusting pig.
1. She refuses to let my daughters wipe themselves if they go potty before getting in the bath tub. She says there is no need since they are getting in the bath tub and forces them to take a bath in urine water.
2. She is trying to teach my daughters not to wipe themselves completely when they go to the bathroom. I have explained that if they do wipe themselves completely, they will not have wet panties.... what a novel concept!
3.When my daughters are thirsty and have asked for a drink, she has told them to , "drink their saliva."
4.One of my daughters has had two loose teeth.. each time, Gina has pulled them out. She always pulls them out before my girls' come to spend time with me... this kind of confuses me because I always thought that unless the tooth was hanging on by a "thread" you left it alone. Apparently where Gina is from, the minute it is loose, you pull it out. Now, if you are wondering if the tooth was pretty loose and I am making a big deal out of it, the first time she pulled it out - the tooth flew up and hit her in the eye.
5. She is forcing my daughters to bathe in some sort of "toilet water." My daughters are very upset because the water was blue and it smelled funny. Now, I told them that it was probably some sort of bath scents, but the girls' are still disturbed by it all the same. I ask you, what kind of woman jokes about something like that? A woman who hates two little girls that she is forced to care for and likes to take things out on them.
I will add more later. But, I don't want you to be totally disgusted with Gina, she does have a saving grace. In the words of innocent children, "Gina is not as mean as Daddy." That is what my daughters live with, thank you Julie Skakoon, Ruth Hilliard and Kathleen Miholich.
The Custody Evaluators -
Diana Vigil, John Moran & Julie Skakoon
Just when I think that the world of Family Court can't get any smaller, I am contacted by someone who knows the Custody Evaluators. I am now fully convinced that Bill Wingard set me up by sending me to "his friend"," Diana Vigil. first of all, I want to make everyone aware that Diana Vigil and John Moran are married. Just to let you know the dynamics of the office.
My experience with this office has been nothing short of terrible. First of all, they overcharged me and then demanded more money from me without repaying me or crediting me for the over payment. When I argued that I should not have to pay for the full amount but only the difference between what I had overpayed the new amount, they took me to court in front of hilliard. They claimed that I was refusing to pay them!! How can you refuse to pay when you have already paid!! However, this is just a tactic of theirs to make mothers look bad to the judges. They seem to find anything they can to report to the judge that mothers are not being cooperative.
For instance, for my home visit, Julie Skakoon told me that she would be there at 2pm and didn't show up until 4pm. Well, we had left the house with the girls at 4pm and she had to call us to find out where we were. I now understand that that tactic is to make me hostile to her. While I was anything but hostile, she still reported me for not being there on time - excuse me! She was over 2 hours late and left 1/2 an hour early!! Next, when I went into the office to take the MMPI, they had overbooked and the only way I could take the test was in the lobby with the papers in my lap, no table. WhenI agreed to do it that way, they then moved me to John Moran's office. Looking back, and discussing it with the other mother, I realize that I was supposed to take the option to reschedule. That way they could report to the judge that I was refusing to cooperate. Thank goodness that I didn't fall for that trap!
Now, I want to point out something very important, the office of John Moran will act unethically and even criminally to put out a report to favor father. My newfound contact was lucky enough to catch them doing something so illegal that they had to recuse themselves from her case, so I have proof of their illegal and criminal behavior. Anyway, in their zealot efforts to put forth a report to favor Adam Marc James, the only way Julie Skakoon of John Moran's office could recommend Adam as the custodial parent was because of Gina' presence. Check it out - I give anyone permission to look at the custody evaluation - Julie Skakoon blatantly wrote that she is recommending Adam because he has Gina to help him. So, the question is, if Gina were to drop dead (no, dip wads I am not threatening Gina!) then the girls would be forced to live with a parent that even the custody evlauator states is inadequate and unacceptable!! So, in essence John Moran, Diana Vigil , Julie Skakoon and Ruth Hilliard gave custody of my minor children to Adam James' wife...does any of that make sense? Do you smell corruption? Maricopa County is stinking to high heaven!
*** I am sure that there are other people with similar stories to tell about the offices of John Moran. It is time to unite and come forwward. Together we can create change for the positive and protect our children.
