Fighting For Arizona's Children

It seems to me that the number of suicide/murders are rising.  Almost every day I am positng an new article about the latest murder/suicide or parental murder.  I am now dedicating an entire page in my web site to reporting on these tragedies... I wonder if I will be able to find one for every day in the month of March.... when will enough people die before our law makers realize that this is an epidemic?

Attention Family court Judges:

Possible future Family annihilator - will you put his parenting time over his children's right to live?

Indianapolis - A domestic dispute ended with three people in the hospital and one man in custody.
It happened around 11 pm Wednesday on Harbison Avenue in Warren township. That is near E. Washington and Post Rd.
Police said the man stabbed his 17-year-old daughter and her 37-year-old mother.
Officers say he also punched his 15-year-old daughter, breaking her nose.
All three went to Wishard Hospital. One of the women who was stabbed is reportedly in serious condition.
The dad surrendered at the state police post which is several blocks away from the incident.

2 dead, child hurt in apparent murder-suicide

Posted: March 1, 2010
Police are saying the deaths of a man and a woman in a Far Westside apartment were a murder-suicide by gunfire. A 4-year-old boy was also seriously wounded by a shot to the head.

Dante L. Roberts, 36, and Nicole M. James, 35, were declared dead around 11:30 a.m. Monday in an apartment in the 7500 block of West St. Clair Street, in an area of apartments and residences near West 10th Street and Girls School Road.

The boy, Corbin Harris, 4, was sent to Riley Hospital for Children for treatment and was listed in serious condition on Monday.

Police reports said the boy was the son of James. Both were reported missing to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department by Lemart Harris, 34, the boy’s father.

The report said that Lemart Harris told officers that James was pregnant, and had obtained a peace bond against Roberts after they had argued in December 2009.

Officers who had gone to the apartment to check on the woman and the boy got a pass key from the apartment manager, entered the residence and found the three wounded people inside.

Police had not determined on Monday evening who was responsible for the shooting, but they appeared certain it was a murder-suicide. A statement from police spokesman Lt. Jeffrey Duhamell said that neighbors had reported arguments between Roberts and James in recent weeks.

As father's continue to kill, family court judges continue to put children in harm's way.  When will society make them responsible for their decisions?  We count on judges to keep us safe, what happens when they become part of the problem?  Is there any way to end the corruption in family court?  Or are our children destined to be pawns in a society that is determined to keep women down?

Yesterday, I met a woman who, once again, judged me because I don't have the money to pay the family court judges and parent coordinators, such as Kathleen Miholich, the money required to keep my children safe.  Until women stop fighting amongst each other and unite together to keep our children safe, our children will continue to die.

women are Judges, CEO's, Senators... yet we have not learned how to stand up for each other and not to judge.  We are constantly trying to find fault and reason why what happens to another woman/mother will not happen to ourselves.  That is why our children are suffering.  Yes, my children are abused and they live with their father, AMJ and their step mother GVJ - because in 70% of all high conflict cases the abuser is able to convince the judges to give them custody.... 70%!   Yet these numbers are not known throughout the general public - why?  Because the ones who abuse are in control of the system.  Child abusers/molesters come from all walks of life - isn't it time we investigate those that continue to place our children in harm's way.

My children tell others about their abuse, go to school at Quail Run Elementary dirty and hungry.. yet everyone, including the school look the other way.  I believe it's because their grandmother, EJG is a fourth grade teacher at that school.  AMJ placed the girls in the school to isolate them and prevent them from having anyone to go to for help.  Thank you Ruth Hilliard - one of the classic signs of an abuser is isolating their victims - you have enabled AMJ to effectively do that.  If you are not aware of the signs of the abusive personality, maybe you should not be on the bench.  I know that you should not be the judge on my case because you are retaliatory against anyone who has the courage to challenge you, and that is what I am doing.  I am challenging your decisions and judgement.  I will continue to do so because I feel that sooner (rather than later) you will be the judge responsible for a child's death, my goal is to make sure that it is not either one of my children.

 Father kills son, 5, himself
Columbia County hamlet aghast over shotgun deaths at trailer park

Thursday, April 8, 2010
ANCRAMDALE-- A father shot and killed his 5-year-old son with a shotgun and then shot himself in an apparent murder-suicide late Tuesday night that left a grieving mother, a heartsick rural community and many unanswered questions for investigators.

The bodies of 42-year-old Franklin Hankerson and his son, Khaliff, were discovered in Hankerson's mobile home on state Route 82 Wednesday morning. The boy's grandfather, who lives next door, made the grisly discovery when he came to pick up the boy to take him to preschool at about 9:30 a.m.
Hankerson was not married to the boy's biological mother, Ronnie Brenner, who works as a nurse at a local health clinic and lives in nearby Pine Plains, Dutchess County, a friend said.
"Khaliff was Ronnie's world, her center. I can't even imagine what she's going through," said Alicia Dillinger of Pine Plains, a longtime friend. Brenner has two older children from a prior marriage, she said.
There were no recent reports of domestic disputes between Hankerson and Brenner, although the estranged couple allegedly had argued over Hankerson's marijuana use in front of the child, Columbia County Sheriff David W. Harrison Jr. said.
There were also unconfirmed reports that Hankerson suffered from an undisclosed medical condition, but the extent of any health problems and whether they might be linked to the shootings remains unclear, Harrison said. An investigation is ongoing.
"It's an awful situation, a tragedy," said Ancram Supervisor Art Bassin. "This has never happened in our town as far as I know."
Ancramdale is a hamlet of about 500 people within the town, which has a population of about 1,700. The town comprises 27,000 rural acres and the main occupation among year-round residents is farming. Many weekenders from the New York City area who own second homes in the town.
The mobile home where the bodies were discovered is at 9715 state Route 82, near the border of Columbia and Dutchess counties. The trailer, which sits back a short distance from the road, was taped off as a crime scene throughout the day Wednesday and investigators from both county sheriff's offices, as well as the State Police, worked on the investigation.
Autopsies are expected to be done on the bodies Thursday at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany.
According to public records, Hankerson, whose first name is spelled Franklyn in those documents, had lived in Ancramdale since 2007 and previously had lived in Brooklyn. Brenner told Dillinger that Hankerson had last worked as a clerk in a local convenience store.
Dillinger visited the health clinic where Brenner works on Tuesday and Brenner described a series of recent personal struggles, including the death of her mother from cancer and Brenner's own cancer diagnosis.
"She's had such a rough time. I don't know what this is going to do to her," said Dillinger, who had never met Hankerson,
She said Brenner was devoted to Khaliff, who lived primarily with Brenner, and mother and son enjoyed watching professional wrestling together on TV.
On Brenner's Facebook page, condolences were being posted late Wednesday.
"R.I.P. Khaliff Hankerson," read one post from a teenage girl who appears to be a relative. "March 16, 2005 - April 6, 2010. Love life while it lasts. It's fragiler than u think. I love you always, buddy."

3/1/10 -  Dante L. Roberts, 36, and Nicole M. James, 35,

3/2/10 -  son of Daryl Taylor, 19

3/31/10 - Alec and Asher Leteve

"That was his life, nothing else really mattered, but his boys," he said. "I'd known him to snap before and lose his temper, but to the magnitude of what he did ... no."

- Comments made of Andre Leteve.  This is one of the signs of a Family Annihliator, the snapping and losing of temper.  They say that they didn't ever see him lose his temper to that magnitude.  Well, of course not! Because once you kill someone you go to jail!! That has to be one of the most stupid statements that I have ever read.  However, what makes it even more moronic is that our law makers and judges are not going to realize that they had the signs prior to this tragedy.  My children's father, AMJ's MMPI and custody profile shows that he is known to have frequent bouts of uncontrollable rage... so far he hasn't killed anyone, that we know of.  The tragedy is, that until he does kill - everyone will say that he has been known to snap and have a bad temper, but of course they never knew him to kill ..... Yet, it's okay, because he has yet to kill, unfortunately it will be my children that will become his first victims....

The reason I blog is to keep them safe.  I know that the courts and Judge Hilliard damn me for my writings, however, if and when AMJ snaps and kills his children, Ruth Hilliard - you will not be able to say that you did not have any prior warnings.

Every single judge who ignores the realities of Family Annihilators should be held equally responsible for the deaths of the children. Ignorance is not an excuse.

Police: Distraught Dad Killed 2 Kids

Father May Have Been Upset Over Pending Divorce

A father distraught over his divorce turned violent Wednesday, shooting and killing his two young children, according to Scottsdale police.

Investigators said Andre Leteve, 39, called 911 at about 8 a.m. to report that he had just shot one of his young sons. When police arrived at Leteve's Scottsdale home, they found two children dead -- a 5-year-old boy and his 1-year-old brother.

Leteve was also in the home with a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Leteve was rushed to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

"I just can't understand it," said neighbor Brian Denham. "Nothing can be worth that. No amount of financial trouble could be worth taking your children's lives."

"My heart goes out to the family," said neighbor Corrine Denham. "To be that desperate to resort to those measures, it's just unbelievable."

A crisis team was called in to comfort the children's mother, who was not at the house at the time of the shooting.

CBS 5 News learned Leteve and his wife were in the process of getting a divorce and shared custody of their children.

Scottsdale police said that Leteve was upset about the divorce and that is what appears to have led to the shootings.

Gary Carlson, who worked with Leteve for three years, said he never could have predicted something like this happening.

"Just absolute shock. Shock. I can't believe it," said Carlson. "He as the nicest, kindest guy you could ever talk to. Just a great guy. I'm sure it had to be something overwhelming for him, but I would never have thought Andre would have done anything like this."

This is what happens when the family court system removes mother's from their children's lives.  These men hate their children and when their real victim leaves, they turn their anger out on the children.  This is the beginning... when will family court corruption end?  When will our children matter more than a few dollars to these judges?

Court Documents: Fort Wayne Dad Locks Son In Feces-Covered Basement For Months
By Laura Donaldson

(Story Updated: Apr 7, 2010 at 6:25 PM EDT )

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - A Fort Wayne man is behind bars after police say he locked his son in a feces-covered basement while vacationing in Florida.

Court documents show 38-year-old Eric Urbano locked his emotionally challenged son in the basement of a home in the 1400 block of Spy Run Avenue from October to March.

Police responded to a call about a fight on March 6th, and followed what neighbors say is a 10-year old boy home and found him living alone in horrendous conditions.

According to court documents, the boy told police his father locks him in the basement every night. He says he would also be locked up if he ate too much. The boy says he would sometimes escape to use the bathroom at a local fast food restaurant and try to get food there.

“We’ve never seen anything like this in this area,” Department of Child Services Communications Director Ann Houseworth said.

Court documents reveal that the boy was sleeping on an air mattress surrounded by feces. But the boy says once his mattress popped he slept on the deflated plastic and bundled his jacket for a pillow.

Court documents show the boy’s mother, who lives in Arizona, told police her son has Tourette’s Syndrome, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and Bi-Polar disorder. She says she hasn’t spoken with her son in six months.

Neighbors say they were happy to see the family move into the neighborhood in October, but are shocked to learn the disturbing details.

“Last time we saw he was playing outside with his dogs in October,” a neighbor who didn’t want to be identified said. “And he seemed happy then. No bruises or anything like that. There were no warning signs. That's horrible. That kind of sickens me that we didn't see anything.”

Another neighbor said he returned one of Urbano’s five dogs to the house a few months ago. He says he was very friendly at the time.

“The guy was so oh thank you, oh thank you, for finding my dog,” Jeffery Schweyer said. “He was so nice that day. That's why I can't believe all this is happening, because he was so polite.”

Court documents show the boy told his teacher about his living conditions. The teacher then reportedly notified the Department of Child Services. But no word when this happened or what DCS did about the situation.

Urbano told police on March 8th he was in Florida and had been there for three days. Court documents show he admitted that he does keep his son in the basement of the home frequently.

According to court documents, the Urbano left the child notes to remind him how to care for himself while he was gone, what dishes he was allowed to use, not to eat too much, and not to use the phone unless some one calls.

When police entered the home they say they found feces in every room and syringes and vials containing a liquid substance.

Urbano turned himself into the Allen County Jail Wednesday. He is behind bars and faces a Class D felony for neglect of a dependant.

Department of Child Service officials say the boy is in foster care.

Stop Child Abuse and Neglect Communication Director Stephanie Jentgen says if a parent is at the end of their rope and needs help you can call SCAN at 1-800-752-7116 for free help in your county.

2-year-old boy does NOT suffer fractured skull "during parents' fight"; he was ASSAULTED by his father (Baltimore, Maryland)

How to write a completely misleading headline and article on child abuse and domestic violence, 101.

1) Write a headline describing how a 2-month-old baby got his head fractured during his "parents' fight" or "argument." Conjures of exciting images of two people duking it out, doesn't it? Plus the fathers rights people will love you for it. They just crave headlines and stories on how domestic violence is "mutual."

2) As long as you can delay it, avoid any details as to the real story. Notice here that even in paragraph #2, we're making references to a "domestic complaint."

3) Now if you really, really have to report the story, do it at the end after most casual newspaper readers have stopped looking and are thinking to themselves, "Tisk, tisk. Some parents are just not fit to breed. Probably those people were colored or something."

Now we can safely reveal that the baby was in his mother's arms during what was clearly a one-sided assault (and was subsequently treated as such by the police). Not a "parents' fight." Not an "argument." AN ASSAULT. Mom couldn't swing very well if she was holding the baby, could she? Also observe the following:

Only parent with reported injuries: Mom, with a cut lip

Injuries reportedly inflicted on the father: None

Only parent charged: Dad, with assault, reckless endangerment, 2nd-degree child abuse, resisting arrest, other related charges

2-month-old boy suffers fractured skull during parents' fight

A 2-month-old boy was airlifted last night to Children’s National Medical Center in Washington D.C. after suffering fractures to his skull during an argument between his parents, police said.

The boy’s condition was not immediately known; police couldn't say and the hospital refused to disclose it. [UPDATE: Police say the boy is in critical condition.] Detective Kevin Hagan, a Baltimore police spokesman, confirmed that police were called at about 11:10 p.m. Monday to the boy’s home in the 2900 block of Spelman Rd., in Cherry Hill, for a domestic complaint.

The boy was in his mother’s arms, and both had been struck by his father during an argument, police said. The boy suffered a skull fracture and had subdural bleeding, and the mother had a cut lip.

Hagan said they were initially taken to Harbor Hospital, with the boy later transported to Children’s National Medical Center. Hagan said that the transport to DC was necessary because Johns Hopkins and University of Maryland Medical Center did not have available beds.

A law enforcement source said the father was arrested at the scene; Court records show 19-year-old Daryl Taylor was charged this morning with assault, reckless endangerment, second-degree child abuse, resisting arrest, and related charges.
