The double standard...

More and more there are articles concerning PAS and children being removed from their mother's households and forced to live with their fathers. The father's claim that the mother is brainwashing the children to hate him. I have a problem with this, if you haven't already guessed by my previous blogs!
On Children Have Rights Too, we recently discussed what do you do when the child you have been attempting to protect suddenly sides with the abuser. The funny thing is, when the child starts spouting hatred for the mother, it's still the mother's fault. Sko let me explain the situation to you, If the child hates the father - it's the mother's fault. If the child hates the mother, it's mother's fault again. In today's family court arena the father is totally blamesless. He is a complete victim.
I think that we should rename family court to father's court, because that is what it has become. How? What made judges willing to trade children's lives for whatever it is they are being offered?
I have copied many articles on father's killing their children, father's killing the mother's and mother's being alienated by a system determined to place the blame for all of the world's woes on women. There is no denying that something is wrong here. I don't just mean with my situation and Adam Marc James. I mean with this whole, entire country. There is a link in one of my widgets that talks about a father who had four children with his daughter!!!! Why isn't this plastered on the news, why aren't we physically repulsed? Because father's harm their children, it's a known fact in society. Mothers are the nurturers, yet time and again children are being removed from mother's care and given to father's.
With each generation we are noticing a deterioation in humanity... what are we going to notice next. Generations of sociopaths?
Why? Why? Why? Why if PAS is not included in psychiatry is it allowed to be used in custody cases, yet only against mothers. The most amazing fact is that the judges all write the same exact order. Father is most likely to keep the other parent in the child's life. When the judges are faced with the fact that the father isn't most likely to keep the other parent in the child's life, they turn them over to a court appointed parent coordinator and wipe their hands clean.
I have news for you - your hands are bloody.. with every murder and suicide you are responsible. You - The Ruth Hilliard's and David Talamantes, the Jose Padilla's- you are responsible.
So, once again society holds women to a higher standard and blames us for ills of the world... well, I don't think that we alone should shoulder the responsiblity. I will not just arbitrarily pass the buck - but I will demand that society and the public force the judges who make these outrageous decisions to shoulder their share of the responsibility for the adults our children become. Because, in many instances like mine, you are influencing the children more than their mothers... by the decisions you make...
