SEPARATED fathers are not entitled to a 50-50 time split with their children, and legislation introduced by the Howard government in 2006 should be amended to make that clear, a report says.

How many murder/suicides were ther in 2009? I know of at least two over Thanksgiving weekend. Father kills family and then himself... a couple more between Thanksgiving and Christmas. How about the one of the father killing his twin sons, wife and then ATTEMPTING to kill himself... Last year, I read Flora Jessop's amazing story on her life and how she escaped the FLDS... ever since then I can't help wondering if the reason that our government allows Colorado City to exist is because they believe in what is preached there. Every time that we go to court or before a "so-called expert", Adam James has stated that I promised him that I would have an abortion. I think that it is time for the truth to come out.

I have to say that i was surprised by Kathleen Miholich tonight. Adam began his usual rant on how I refused to give the girls' his last name. kathleen actually pointed out that I could not give them his last name because the hospital will not allow it when father is not present. Another Saturday with my girls. They are extremely tired because their father, Adam Marc James and his wife, Gina Vandenberg James, took them to "Crackerjacks"(?) for a late night. Yet another beautiful Monday morning... My six year old twin daughters have to wake up before the sun. Why? Because their father, Adam Marc James, is too lazy to take care of them himself. Yesterday I had my children from 9am to 7pm. At 5pm I told the girls it was time for dinner because then we had to walk the dog and get ready to go back. R started sobbing. I'm really not sure what Miss Abrams is complaining about this time. All of the girls official records are in the name Abrams. All of the paperwork for any extra cirricular activities have the name Abrams on them. I don't tell them to put 'James' on anything they do. It is truly sad that Miss Abrams feels the need to rehash an issue that has already been dealt with. Like I said in my email, Gina has found a reason to find them unacceptable and Rhiannon was not allowed to wear her shoes to school. They have skulls on them and that offends Gina. First of all, she is a step-mother. Yet she is the only one parenting the girls. You refuse to let me and Adam doesn't want to be bothered because as long as he doesn't have to pay child support he could give a rat's butt.

I have always been a person who admits my mistakes and takes proactive steps to correct them. As anyone knows who reads my blogs, I do not like my parent coordinator, Kathleen Miholich. My children were legally kidnapped on April 4, 2008 with the aid of Judge Pro-Tem Susan Brnovich. They reside with their father, Adam Marc James and attend the elementary school that his mother, Ellen James, teaches at.
My children have no one to turn to for help. Their teachers will tell their father anything and everything they say to them. It dows not matter that teachers are mandatory reporters, because Ellen James is a coworker.
I realize that this fight may take the entire length of my children's youth. I am determined that they know I never gave up, that their children have a better future and that I provide protection against the abuse they suffer from Adam Marc James the only way I can, I make it public and shame him into not abusing them.
